Dr. Joanna Jones
provides a
variety of workshops and speeches at conferences, schools and
libraries. She presents to teachers, librarians, parents, and children.

Jones to discuss specifics.
- Author visits
– Dr. Jones schedules sessions to share the book, Henry’s Adventure at
the Franklin Hotel. The quantity of sessions per day and the
size of each session will be determined between the contact person and
Dr. Jones.
- Student
writing sessions – Dr. Jones schedules sessions to work with
students to turn non-fiction research into background support for
fictional stories. The quantity of sessions per day and the size of
each session will be determined between the contact person and Dr.
Jones.
- Professional
development workshops – Dr. Jones schedules workshops for
professional development for educators. Topics include reading and
writing instruction, reading methodology, language arts skills,
children’s literature, and young adult literature. Previous Presentation. Workshops
will be developed for specific audiences attending the sessions. Topic
specifics will be determined between the contact person and Dr. Jones.
- University
workshops for credit - Dr. Jones schedules university workshops
for one to three hours of credit. The university workshop must follow
the meeting requirements for the credit. Topics include reading and
writing instruction, reading methodology, language arts skills,
children’s literature, and young adult literature. Workshops will be
developed for specific audiences attending the sessions. Topic
specifics will be determined between the contact person and Dr. Jones.
